Rick Embro – Founder, System Solutions
Rick Embro is a seasoned IT professional with over 40 years of experience in the technology industry. Beginning his career as a database programmer, Rick developed systems for clients in finance, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing before recognizing a larger need in the marketplace — businesses required complete, integrated technology solutions, not just software.
This insight led to the founding of System Solutions, where Rick and his team provide end-to-end IT support that connects applications, infrastructure, and strategy into one seamless solution for business success.
Known for his hands-on, personal approach, Rick serves as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for his clients, ensuring clarity, reliability, and consistent support across all aspects of their IT needs.
Rick is also actively involved in his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kitchener Waterloo Skating Club.
